The Scale Education & Research Foundation (SERF), a not-for-profit organization founded in 2008, is dedicated to promoting educational opportunities and improving the quality of living for students, families, educators, and the general public. The foundation was established for the purpose of supporting our nation's current reform efforts to improve the quality of public and provide educational equity for economically disadvantaged youth. Our organization is involved in a number of very important initiatives.  From conducting research, to providing professional development, to offering free and low cost tutoring services, we take a dynamic approach to support our mission.
